I first discovered The House of Colour through Michaela. I remember going to her beautiful studio to take photographs of her work and over the course of those very first 15 minutes, I was 100% won over! I found the whole concept making so much sense and in my heart, I started dreaming about getting a colour analysis done for myself. I started wondering if I had worn all the wrong colours most of my life! I had worn so much black - my husband James calls me a ninja! I soon had my colour analysis done and it was the most incredible experience! One that connected the dots! ALL my life I had worn Winter colours!!! I had such a brilliant time with Michaela doing my colour analysis. Michaela was really helpful and talked through the process so that I understood how it worked and what she was looking for. It was a really interesting process to determine my colour season. Once we determined my colour season it was fascinating seeing some of my favourite colours but also a few which really surprised me. It was great to try the House of Colour make-up range too and to try some lipsticks which I never would have had the courage to try before. It’s definitely given me a new sense of adventure and a confidence to try something new, now that I know what colours compliment me and work well together within my colour season. I had such a wonderful time at my colour analysis session. I arrived to find a beautiful studio with snacks & an offer of a drink as soon as I arrived. Michaela took the time to find out more about me and what I hoped to discover. It was then explained exactly how the session would work.
