House of Colour's Integration with Google Calendar

House of Colour is a franchise organisation that specializes in providing color and style events for clients through our talented stylists, who are also franchisees. To streamline and enhance their operations, we have developed a bespoke internal web application called "Max." This tool is designed to help our stylists efficiently manage their events and accept client bookings with ease.

To further support our stylists, we have integrated Max with Google Calendar. This integration will access stylists Google email to link their Google account to Max, ensuring that our stylists' personal calendars are synchronised with their Max calendars, allowing for seamless management of their availability.

As a result, client bookings can only be made when the stylists are available, preventing scheduling conflicts and enhancing overall efficiency.

This integration demonstrates our commitment to providing our stylists with the best tools to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Stylists will be able to under settings in Max, link a chosen Google account and calendar with Max. Once linked the selected calendar will be able to preform a one-way sync with Max importing events in the Max calendar into their Google calendar. This will be an automatic process using the Google calendar API for syncing.
