For as long as I can remember I have been interested in colour, styling and makeup, so it's no coincidence I trained to become a qualified Personal Stylist with the world's leading image franchise, House of Colour. I cover the areas of Rickmansworth, Northwood, Ruislip, Eastcote, Pinner, Harrow and Stanmore in Middlesex and Hertforshire.
My passion is to help my clients look and feel thier very best with clothes that fit and flatter thier bodies but also express thier unique personalities, ensuring they look and feel both confident and stylish everyday.

You may be a new or busy parent, are returning to work, changing jobs or newly retired or simply lost your way with your wardrobe and your style and feel lost. You probably put-off and dislike shopping for clothes or if you do shop, wander around aimlessly frustrated. As a Personal Stylist with over 13 years experience, I offer a number of personal styling services to help you get back on track including; Personal Styling, Colour Analysis, Wardrobe Edits and Personal Shopping. I work with clients from all backgrounds and with all budgets. My goal is to make you look amazing, feel confident and give you the tips and tricks to build a wardrobe that truely works for you.
The House of Colour Personal Style programe and colour analysis process is one of the most thorough systems, backed by over 40 years experience in the sector. We believe to get the most accurate results for colour anaysis, this must be done in person as the camera will distort colour.

A popular service where we shop for new additions for your wardobe to help keep it fresh and updated. Whether it's one piece your looking for or several, personal shopping is always educational and fun!

My studio is located inear the centre of Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, with great train and motorway links. I live 5 minutes from both junctions 17 & 18 of the M25 by car, 20minutes from the M4 corridor and 15 minutes from the M1 and M40. I am a 10 minute walk from Rickmansworth Underground Station and High Street. Parking is available on my driveway too.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. How long does a Colour Analysis consultation take?
A. My Colour Analysis sessions take approximately 3 hours for a private session or 4-5 hours for groups of 2-3. My sessions are indepth as I use a 40 year tried and trusted science backed system to ensure I get accurate results. Clients recieve a talk on colour analysis to understand how and why it works, getting you 'to season', a make-over using colour matched House of Colour make-up products and finally a rating in all your seasonal colours, so you get to see all your individual colours on you and a rating to determine your best WOW colours. You leave with a colour fan and colour booklet.
Q. Will you tell me I can not wear black?
A. At House of Colour Rickmansworth I will show you that colours that illiminate you skin, make your eye sparkle and your hair colour shine. For most people black does the opposite for us. It ages us, drains us of colour and often makes us look ill. However, as your colour analyst and personal stylist, I am not about telling you what you can and can't wear but about showing you the best colours that work with your natural undertones, not against them. Q. Is it true that my colours can change?
A. No. Your seasonal colours are determined by the undertones in your skin that you are born with and die with. They never change and so, once your seasonal colours are discovered they will NEVER change.
Q. What if I have a tan or let my hair go grey. Will this affect my colours?
A. No. Whether you have a tan or your hair has gone naturally grey, this doesn't affect your skin's undertones, so will not affect your seasonal cololurs.
Q. What is a 'Clothing Personality'?
A. On your Personal Style consulation I determine a clothing personality for you which is based on your unique body shape, which I measure so I can show you how to dress your body with balance and proportion, l also look at your personality - who you are on the inside, to show you how to wear that on the outside e,.g are you more quirky and edgy inside or more of a romantic who loves sparkle? Once I know these key pieces of information, I can can start you show you which detials look best in your clothing from necklines to patterns, scales to texture. When you know what works for you, you can start to build a wardrobe that works really hard for you without wasting money on items you buy and don't wear.
Q. Your Perosnal Style sessions are expensive, what will I learn?
A. I always ask my clients when they are looking to book a personal styling consultation with me to look at the clothes in their wardrobe, which still have labels on or which they bought and have maybe only worn once or twice. Or to think about how many clothes they sell on second hand selling platforms or send to charity shops because they don't wear them. The cost often is far greater than the price of a personal styling session. What you will gain is the knowledge about what styles and shapes suit you best, which necklines flatter you, which patterns and scales work with your body shape and personality, so you never make large budget mistakes again. Over time, a personal styling session will save you thousands.

First is our world-class, scientific draping process that we have refined for excellence and accuracy over the past four decades. Next, I will provide advice on jewellery, watches, glasses, and, when applicable, hair and makeup based on your season. Our makeup eliminates the guesswork, enhancing your natural beauty with colours perfectly suited to you. Finally, we’ll dive further into your season as we identify the best colours for both your casual and professional life, uncovering your collection of WOW colours.
You will leave your appointment equipped with a fan of your seasonal swatches and a tailored brochure filled with personalised tips and reminders specific to you, empowering you to confidently shop for and wear your new colours!
For optimal accuracy, arrive at your analysis without spray tans or makeup. Your privacy is paramount, so no photos will be taken or shared on social media without your consent.

Discover the science and psychology behind personal style by unlocking the power of you. During a style analysis, I'll empower you to seamlessly combine your inner self with your outward appearance, so you can step out into the world radiating confidence as your authentic self.
We consider your proportions, personality, and preferences to give you a style framework - we call this a “Clothing Personality."
You will confidently know which fabrics, prints, patterns, accessories, necklines, details, and silhouettes flatter your unique body architecture best. By integrating your personality into this framework, our style analysis transcends mere fashion guidance, going a step further to help you identify how you feel in different styles and pieces, ensuring that your wardrobe not only reflects your style but also represents your individuality.
For this appointment, you’ll bring 5–10 items from your closet that you LOVE and 5–10 that make you wonder why you don’t feel good when putting them on. Together, we’ll use this information to help you discover why you gravitated toward and loved certain pieces and what it is about the others that weren’t working for you, saving you time and money in the future! At House of Colour, we believe clothing needs to be adjusted to you, not the other way around. It is our goal to make sure you feel your most confident as who you are and how you look right now.
You’ll leave with a book with detailed information specific to you that we’ll fill out during the appointment and a Clothing Personality card with keywords that will help guide you when shopping. If you’ve already had a colour analysis, this card can be inserted into your fan which will make shopping easy and efficient!
Wardrobe Edit

This appointment is designed to apply all the knowledge you gained in your colour and/or style analysis and appointment and apply it to your own wardrobe. Together, we'll filter through the pieces you don’t wear so you can donate or resell them, keeping your closet free from clutter so you can better mix and match pieces in your wardrobe to create more looks with fewer items.
This process liberates your closet from clutter, empowering you to effortlessly mix and match pieces to unlock endless styling possibilities with fewer items.
Personal Shopping

My House of Colour personal shopping service will make finding new clothing, shoes, jewellery and accessories hassle-free. As your personal stylist, I will be offering you my time, via this service, as your very own personal shopper. You can personalise how I use this time so that it is completely tailored to your objectives and desires.
Whether you are looking for the perfect outfit for a special event, refreshing your wardrobe for the latest season, or just want expert guidance on how to continue looking your best, my personal shopping services are shaped around you and your goals.
There are a number of ways for you to personalise our House of Colour personal shopping service, for example:
