Jan really changed my outlook on Colours for the better.I now wear colours with confidence that I wouldn't have dreamt of wearing before and feel really positive. I would highly recommend everyone should have their colours done and the sooner done the sooner you save money buying clothes that just don't do anything for you! It isn't just a 'fashion thing' dressing with confidence can have such a positive influence on how you feel and how you are perceived both in your work and personal life. An absolute must in my view.

A man's point of view.

Knowing which colours suit me, and which don't, has saved me a lot of wasted time/effort and money when shopping for clothes.

Recently a sales assistant told me how good it was to see a man buying brightly coloured clothes - so I'm not only better off I am brighter too!

You won’t remember me after 3 or 4 years but I amused you by saying that I didn’t like shimmer eyeshadow because I don’t need twinkles on my wrinkles!!

I arrived for the workshop with Jan wearing fuchsia pink having worn this colour for years!  I remember being stunned by the contrast when a colour is right and when it is mediocre/awful but I also grew increasingly depressed as the colour spectrum showed that I am an Autumn.  Jan was so encouraging and positive in picking the colours from Autumn which are perfect for me.

I went home and dyed everything I could, kept the pink (just in case) and started buying my Autumn colours.  It wasn’t long before the charity shops were given a lot of pink and now when I open my wardrobe it is full of oranges, golds, turquoise  and greens which look super together and fantastic on me.  It was the best investment having my colours done and saves hours of times when shopping.  A great big thank you!  Leila from South Devon

Jan is approachable, friendly, an excellent hostess and is enthusiastic and passionate about her work. My Advanced Colour day was fabulous.  I now know which combinations of my winter colours work best for me.  I took a case full of my clothes.  They were not my favourite items but I chose them for their variety of colours.  Jan created me several new outfits by mixing my items up and creating the wow factor for me.  Not only that but I got to wear the best colour lipstick for each combination. I have been working in London this week and on day one I wore 2 of my reds together (I have never ever worn 2 different reds at the same time) and on day two I wore purple and pink together (another never ever before)!!!  I would have not have had the courage to wear these looks without Jan’s wonderful support and encouragement.  I look forward every day to putting my outfits together and experimenting using my new knowledge.

I recommend this day to anyone who has already had their colour day.
