In your colour analysis, I'll take you through everything step by step, so you leave knowing your colours and ready to use them, with a simple make-up routine you can repeat at home if you'd like one.
In your style analysis, you'll find out how your body architecture and your personality point to the shapes, fabrics and details that suit you best, including for the clothes you wear to work.
Join me in my studio in Lee (SE12), with light refreshments, and we'll work out what suits you at your own pace. Saturday appointments are available.
I had my own colour analysis with House of Colour about 20 years ago. It was a real turning point.
Finding out which colours bring me alive has given me a lasting pleasure I could never have imagined when I walked through that studio door for the first time.
Knowing how to dress as myself has done wonders for my confidence, and getting ready each morning became a delight rather than a chore.
It has saved me a great deal of time and money on shopping, and has reduced my environmental impact considerably.
I particularly enjoy working with people whose working lives leave little room to think about clothes, senior professionals and founders among them, because I know how much difference it makes to have that question answered once.

Presence Made Yours: for women whose work has outgrown their wardrobe
New this autumn, Presence Made Yours is my three-month programme for senior professional women and founders. It brings everything I do together, with work at the centre of it, and it's all booked in from the start, so there's nothing for you to organise.
In a small group of six at most, with me alongside you throughout, you'll have:
· your colour and style analysis
· your own wardrobe sorted against your palette, then edited with me in your home
· a session on what it all means for the clothes you work in
· a personal lookbook, and online shopping against a written list of real gaps
· a Learn to Shop day in central London
· a cosmetics masterclass with Paul Herrington, one of the most accomplished makeup artists I know, and a headshot photoshoot with expert photographer Donna Ford, who has a knack for capturing more of who you are than a standard headshot
The founding price is £2,950 for the first four women to join, or £2,750 if you've already had your colours analysed with me. After that it's £3,950.

A purpose-built, warm, bright, private and peaceful studio on the ground floor in Lee (SE12), serving Blackheath, Lewisham, Brockley, Crofton Park, Catford, Ladywell, Hither Green, Kidbrooke, Lee and Grove Park, all in South-East London.
It's easy to reach from central London: Lee and Hither Green stations are a short walk away, with direct trains to and from London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street, and out to Orpington, Sevenoaks, Dartford and Gravesend. The studio is also very near the boundary with Bromley and Greenwich, and easy to reach from Kent along the A2 or A20.
The studio has beautiful natural light and a view over the garden. It's private and quiet, so you can take your time and give it your full attention. Whether you're here for colour analysis, style analysis, a colour re-rate, children's colour or a make-up lesson, you'll be met with kindness, honesty and no judgement, and you'll leave with clear next steps to use at home. There's on- and off-street parking, and refreshments are included.

We consider your proportions, personality, and preferences to give you a style framework - we call this a “Clothing Personality."
You will confidently know which fabrics, prints, patterns, accessories, necklines, details, and silhouettes flatter your unique body architecture best. By integrating your personality into this framework, our style analysis transcends mere fashion guidance, going a step further to help you identify how you feel in different styles and pieces, ensuring that your wardrobe not only reflects your style but also represents your individuality.
For this appointment, you’ll bring 5–10 items from your closet that you LOVE and 5–10 that make you wonder why you don’t feel good when putting them on. Together, we’ll use this information to help you discover why you gravitated toward and loved certain pieces and what it is about the others that weren’t working for you, saving you time and money in the future! At House of Colour, we believe clothing needs to be adjusted to you, not the other way around. It is our goal to make sure you feel your most confident as who you are and how you look right now.
You’ll leave with a book with detailed information specific to you that we’ll fill out during the appointment and a Clothing Personality card with keywords that will help guide you when shopping. If you’ve already had a colour analysis, this card can be inserted into your fan which will make shopping easy and efficient!

Wardrobe Edit

This appointment is designed to apply all the knowledge you gained in your colour and/or style analysis and appointment and apply it to your own wardrobe. Together, we'll filter through the pieces you don’t wear so you can donate or resell them, keeping your closet free from clutter so you can better mix and match pieces in your wardrobe to create more looks with fewer items.
This process liberates your closet from clutter, empowering you to effortlessly mix and match pieces to unlock endless styling possibilities with fewer items.
This is where we put what you learned in your colour and/or style analysis to work on your own wardrobe, in your own home. Together we'll go through what you own, find new ways to wear what's already there, set aside anything you'd rather donate or sell, and note any real gaps. Nobody needs to tidy up first, and there's no judgement, just a wardrobe that works harder for you.
A wardrobe edit with House of Colour Blackheath & Lewisham is £240 for a two-hour session at your home.

My House of Colour personal shopping service will make finding new clothing, shoes, jewellery and accessories hassle-free. As your personal stylist, I will be offering you my time, via this service, as your very own personal shopper. You can personalise how I use this time so that it is completely tailored to your objectives and desires.
Whether you are looking for the perfect outfit for a special event, refreshing your wardrobe for the latest season, or just want expert guidance on how to continue looking your best, my personal shopping services are shaped around you and your goals.
There are a number of ways for you to personalise our House of Colour personal shopping service, for example:
- We can shop together in person
- I can conduct online personal shopping for you, buying items that I know work with your unique features, characteristics and personality
- I can undertake online personal shopping for you, saving items I believe would illuminate you and you can browse and buy at your own pace later.
Let me help you get to clothes you love faster, easier and with my expert guidance, so you can wear what fits, what flatters, and what feels like you with ease.
This is the perfect next step after a Wardrobe Edit. Once we've identified during the Wardrobe Edit where the gaps are in your wardrobe, or you've identified them yourself, I'll shop to fill the gaps for you online or we can shop together. Clients find this is a real shopper-confidence boost as we try things you might have dismissed previously or I introduce you to different brands.
You can also use a Personal Shopping trip as an opportunity to really train your eye in the colour palette and/or styles that work for you.
Personal Shopping is £120 per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours for an in-person trip.

All of my life (nearly 50 years!), I have thought that I couldn't wear pink, peach or anything vaguely near these colours. I have stuck very firmly to a narrow set of blue and green hues. Ann, very gently, dispelled me of that myth. We met in her beautiful, purpose built studio, which is awash with natural light and looks out onto a peaceful garden. In this perfect setting, she introduced me to the theories behind the House of Colour technique. In front of a mirror, so that I could clearly see what she was doing, we worked through different colour combinations to ascertain which of the four colour seasons I fell into and then which end of that spectrum I belonged to. Ann was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what she was doing. She made sure I understood the decisions she was making at each stage of the process, thus insuring I'll be able to make my own informed choices after our session.
Previously, I have found it so difficult to buy clothes. I now realise that is because I would reject most colours based on a childhood belief that I could only wear blue or green.
