In the Men's Fast Track Style session Fiona introduced me to the theory behind the impact of self presentation and the pivotal role that Colour plays in this, with great patience and enthusiasm. She then very tactfully applied the theory to make suggestions and offer constructive comment on my appearance and wardrobe. Fiona's advice has been invaluable in making sure that I always make the most of my first impression in my profession as a corporate lawyer.

My husband booked me the Complete Journey plus a London Shopping Trip with Fiona, as a Christmas present, and I'm so glad he did. Fiona gave me the pointers I needed regarding Colour and Style, which I really didn't have a clue about. I went home afterwards and had a total clear out and was finally able to identify why I never wore so many items - because they didn't actually suit me!! Now that my wardrobe is arranged in 'Colour Order' it makes it so much easier to throw on an outfit. The Shopping Trip was an added bonus. It was great to get guidance from Fiona on how to cast your eye around the rails and pick out the right colours and styles. I am really looking forward to the Personal Style day. After the Colour Class I have thrown myself wholeheartedly into a range of new colours, and it's great! Having done Colour and Personal Style I decided to book a Wardrobe Review. I found it incredibly useful to actually look at the clothes I already possessed, on me, and to get a very informed and objective(but never cruel!)second opinion. We discussed what did and did not work, and WHY. I now find it much quicker to get dressed in the morning, and to pack for holidays. I would highly recommend having Fiona look at your wardrobe with you. It was really helpful, not nearly as scary as I imagined, and much more fun too!

Many compliments after my Complete Package!: My favourite was in the cafe where I get my coffee every day. The lady who serves me (please note I am a rather grumpy morning person) told me ' I have noticed in the past 2 weeks you look so HAPPY, did something special happen? To which I was thinking,' No I am just wearing the right make-up and lipstick!'

Particularly useful advice was not to get rid of everything at once (not feasible) but just to try to combine something I should not be wearing with a colour I can wear  eg a kingfisher shirt.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all your help and support. I'm sitting here with a big smile, wearing the outfit we bought. I have been appointed to the executive board! Apparently my interview was the clincher, no doubt because I looked the part and because I looked the part I felt it. My 'rebranding', has been quite dramatic and now I often get positive comments on how I look
