We all want to look and feel our best, but with so much choice it can be difficult to get it right.
Sometimes our lives become so hectic that we lose sight of who we are and just how gorgeous we can be, to the point that we look and often feel a little (or a lot) drab.
A versatile wardrobe, which fits our busy life, doesn't cost the earth, works for all occasions (not just for the tasks and activities we have to take care of every day),and whichsays the right things about our personality whilst flattering our body shape
is essential to your spark, the essence of you.
Achieving this on your own can be challenging. Of course you can read magazines, books, watch the TV shows, but aren't they all just a little bit confusing? and some of the makeovers I've seen on the tv are just plain scary!
My clients find it easier to have their own image consultant (me!) who shows them the colours that light them up and explains which shapes, fabrics and styles of clothes work best for them.
Not only that, I don't expect them to remember everything I tell them, so they take away handy booklets and swatches which they can refer to again and again for years and years and years.
After my classes (and over time - after all most of us have limited pockets) they develop a wardobe which is the envy of their friends. Every single item in it, from skirts and trousers to earrings and bags works for them.
They look gorgeous all the time and no longer buy things which get worn once and are then discarded (or worse still buy things which never come out of the wardrobe except to go to the charity shop complete with original tags!).
