20 years ago these were the questions I was struggling with so I thought I would "have my colours done" Everyone was doing it at the time. I was made an Autumn which was great for me as it was the seasons in colours, so gave me the chance to continue my addition to clothes but did I look and feel great ? NO!

This disappointed me as I really wanted to believe in it so I went to have them again with another company. Again the result was an Autumn!
So I left it a couple of years. Then I met a friend who changed beyond all recognition and looked fantastic she had been to House of Colour. Although I thought I had been through it all before I gave it another go ...... My consultant tested and retested me, she was confused. She asked me if I was wearing fake tan? Yes I said and I also told her my auburn highlights were not my natural blonde colour ... oh and my contact lenses made my blue grey eyes look hazel! Yes I was not an Autumn but a Summer !!!!!!!!

Once my consultant explained what I had been doing wrong for so many years my life changed. I looked so much healthier, which in turn gave me real confidence. I was working in the corporate world training impact management, where image and confidence was everything. Promotion followed but I became more and more interested in House of Colour until I made the leap. Now with my training background I love my job, helping clients find their true selves and gaining real confidence.
