Hello and welcome to my web page. I started my ‘Journey” with the House of Colour some 12 years ago. It would be an old cliché to say “having my colours done changed my life”, but quite frankly it did! Previously I worked for an extremely large multinational food company in product development where I wore a startling white lab coat and very sexy safety shoes. That became “me”, dull, boring and constantly looking ill, peaky, tired or under the weather. However once “done” what I wore underneath wowed them all, especially when doing customer presentations. It gave me more confidence and trust in myself. We all know if “you look good, you feel good”. No one knew I had it in me until I took my coat off!! Talk about a chrysalis to butterfly.

I now have a working wardrobe that all goes together – no more "what can I,I’ve got nothing to wear" days, which is super efficient on saving time and even more efficient at saving money. (Which we all need more of these days, don’t we?). One less thing to think about in the morning too!

After several career progressions and having a family the opportunity to train for HOC arose. How could I miss that chance? The opportunity to pass on such insight and wisdom to others was not to be missed. So here I am….

What can I do for you?

Firstly my location. My brightly lit and airy studio is based from my home in Sale, very close to J7 of the M60. Parking is normally ample.

My commitment is to help women and men find this confidence for themselves. You will feel re-energised, so excited and positive, you’ll bounce like “Tigger” out of my studio, in anticipation of putting the new you in practice!! How many self development programmes offer all that?

The initial Colour Consultation (part one of your "Journey"), will give you all the tools you need to understand your own unique look. From the particular blend of colours that flatter and are in harmony with your natural skin tone to specifying how silver or gold jewellery can make a huge difference to an overall appearance of being classy or cheap, attractive or plain, healthy or sick.

You will gain a much better figure wearing the most flattering colour and style, all without a stringent diet.

Discover how to begin, build & broaden your wardrobe to your specifications, needs personal style & budget.

Be capable of finding stores to create a distinct look that reflects your own style, compliments your body type and is age and occasion appropriate.

Learn how to make the inexpensive look expensive.

Make up

Make up classes are usually in an evening and are 3 hours long. In this we run through skin care using House of Colour products and then we move on to make up. To do the make up class you must have completed the Colour analysis class first. This is because until you have been "colour analysed" and put into either "warm" or "cool" based skin tone we cannot establish which would be the correct make up for your skin type and colouring. Sounds a little confusing I know but it is quite remarkable how wearing the wrong make up can make you look a little unwell without realizing it. So not only do we have the right colours of eyeshadows, lipsticks and foundations, which we can sell to you. Once we have determined your eye shape, we tell you how and where to put it properly.

This is the "final" part of your ,"Journey", the icing on the cake and the finishing touch.
