| As a colour analyst and image consultant in the Surrey / Hampshire and West Sussex area I can help you to find your personal style. As your stylist I can show you how to dress appropriatey whatever you do, whether you work in a corporate/business environment, manage a household or do volunteer work. Your body geometrics and personality are the key, not fashion fads, and looking and feeling your best really does count.

I have always loved playing around with clothes and makeup - one of the best presents I ever received was a Girl's World from my parents, basically a model head with bouncy blonde curly hair to style and makeup to apply to a very willing client. And she loved every experiment I conducted! I was ten years old.
Many years on, after a long and successful career in banking, here I am, back playing around with clothes and makeup - I seem to have a natural flair for it. I have my own fully equipped studio in West Sussex and believe I have the best job in the world. I will never grow tired of seeing someone's face literally light up when they see how a simple thing like wearing the right colour changes how they see themselves, how they feel, how others see them and most importantly, how their self esteem and confidence grows.
I know how wearing the right clothes, styles and makup has enhanced my life, so let me do the same for you. You will learn how to create different looks that previously you may not have dreamed of putting together and realise that they really do work. We've all bought 'mistakes' because 'it'll do', or we've been pressed for time. After your consultation with me you'll save time and money and have a wardrobe that works with you and for you rather than against you.
This isn't just about women either. Men often have the same issues, they perhaps just don't talk about them as much as we do, so it's important to know that I can help them also.

What my clients say
"I had such a fun and enjoyable day with Jayne when I went for my colour analysis. I came away feeling so inspired by what I had learned, I put it to the test straight away! I have had so many compliments already - a true confidence booster. A great experience and knowledge I will use forever. Thank you! xx" Beth, West Sussex
Some may say that I can be a bit of a sceptic with many things in life and not too adventurous with my clothes and definitely not with make-up. However, I can honestly say that when I heard about Jayne becoming a House of Colour Consultant I was strangely excited to have my colours done with her and what a result!! Jayne unlocked the colour within me with her natural enthusiasm over what she is doing. The difference that matching your skin tones with all those wonderful colours makes is remarkable. I now have my Colours Wallet and have made a couple of purchases. On a recent night out I received compliments on how I looked. I have even worn make-up to work every day since having my colours done (2 weeks) which is unheard of...Jayne would be proud of me!!
Jayne is a true professional and clearly cares about what she is doing and why she does it. I know that Jayne will get immense pleasure from lighting up all of our faces, seeing our smiles grow and our confidence soar by gently introducing us to those cocktails of colour. She did it for me...Thank you : - ) Toni, Suffolk
I am sorry that I have not been in touch sooner, but I have been reeling from the shock of accepting that pink is not my colour!! It feels as big a change as when I got married, or had my first baby!
Both Sara and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with you, and thank you for doing such a great job. I still can’t believe that we are both Autumns. We have always worn very different colours (up until now!) and Sara was pretty well on the right track, probably because as I explained she has such a good eye for colour in her interior design. I, however, have embarked on a life change! I have invested in green eyeliner and brown mascara, and…RED lipstick – HUGE result! My washing machine has been very busy with Dylon, and all my pale blues are now soft greens. Attempting to turn grey in to brown was not quite as successful, but not too bad. My toe nails are now coral / red and when I look at my feet, I think they belong to somebody else! The local charity shop has received a reasonable sized bag of the pink things that I can bear to get rid of at this stage, and today I bought a coral t-shirt, which, amazingly, I really like – after only a week.
You won’t believe this…I have even taken the (was) divine pink Lulu Guinness handbag back. Also…I have placed an order with Kettlewell.
All in all, it was a great success, and thank you, but I am still in a state of shock! Victoria, West Sussex P.S. Sara has actually gone out and bought some lipstick, not gloss, and it’s red!!
Just a short note to thank you for my brilliant colour analysis session. I would never have believed that colours and tones can make such a difference - now I shop with a completely different approach, my little book of colours in one hand and my credit card in the other. Hopefully I will have far less unworn items in my wardrobe and more money to spend. Penny, Surrey
You would be proud of me! The day after I saw you I BLITZED my wardrobe and got rid of everything that wasn't in my colours - I got rid of a lot of brown things!!!! But obviously by doing that it did mean I had no choice but to go shopping as I was left with very little to wear.
I now look in my drawers and wardrobe and it's like a rainbow in there. I've been wearing a lot of pink, which I would never have worn before and it is actually that, that has got me the most compliments. And although I haven't had a chance to wear them yet I have just bought a few different coloured belts (fuschia, electric blue and an acid/neon yellow) that I plan on wearing with a navy dress that I have. I am still finding it difficult veering away from direct colour matching of the swatches but I am sure that will come with time. More than anything you have given me the confidence to wear brightly coloured things and to be more experimental with my look. I can honestly say that since seeing you I have felt really good in myself everyday as I have made an effort to look nice - but it hasn't been too difficult as once I had the right clothes it all clicked into place. It has had such a positive effect on me and I have even been wearing make up everyday - amazing!!!
I had such a good reaction from people when I saw them for the first time with my new colours. All my mum friends have been so jealous and have started calling me the glam one of the group. And actually the compliment I have been most pleased with was from a lady who runs a singing class I go to with the kids. She just came up to me and said I looked amazing and what had I done, I was wearing red and navy but had made an effort with make up. It was just lovely for someone to compliment me without knowing I'd gone to get my colours done.
It has turned me into a bit of a shopaholic but I feel like I'm slowly building up a capsule wardrobe that I can mix a lot of different things together with in different ways for a different look - and how handy for me that there are a lot of my colours around at the moment what with the colour block trend!
All I can say is a HUGE thankyou as you have pulled me out of my drab, shove anything quickly on slummy mummy look into a positive, bright, experimental yummy mummy and for that I am immensely grateful. Becky, Surrey
I just wanted to email you to say a big thank you for last Saturday. I have put most of the tips you gave me into action this week and have received some really lovely compliments already on my new look.
The biggest change was lipstick as you can imagine. I got home and threw out all of my muted plum/heather lipsticks and have found a really lovely amethyst shimmer one which is quite bright fuschia (but subtle for day time) which I wear to work....I have had a lot of lovely compliments.
I have also had a wardrobe clear out, although I am pleased to say that most of the clothes were winter colours to start with - just a handful of tops werent and I took you advice and dyed them. I now have some "new" tops which are a mix of bright electric blue and deep violet! Tammy, Surrey
