My answers were also 'yes' so I had my colours and style done a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend who was so enthusiastic about the whole concept - and what a difference to my confidence, self-esteem and also my purse! I no longer waste money on clothes I will never wear and these days I feel confident that whatever I buy will always go with something else in my wardrobe - no more agonizing sessions of trying on different clothes before I go somewhere. I can truthfully say it has changed my life. It was then I decided to train as a consultant so I could spread the word!

Once you have had your colours and image done, you will radiate confidence - and the increase in self-esteem will wash over into your relationships at work and at home. The course starts with:

Colour Analysis: Some people say they know what colours suit them - we all have received compliments in certain colours, but you will discover a whole range of colours that suit you, and that will work together to make a fantastic easy-to-wear wardrobe. This class literally will change how you look at and feel about yourself. Yours to take away - beautiful leather wallet of your colour swatches and useful workbook detailing tips on colour combinations, accessorizing and make up colours.

The course continues with the Image Class: A full day looking at body shapes and the language of clothes. Find the 'look' that suits your personality and learn about your body shape and how to dress it. A good tip when buying clothes - you should LOVE every piece of clothing you own.

Finally, the Make Up Class: In a 3-hour session learn a good skincare regime, experiment with all the colours of your seasonal palette in lipsticks, shadows etc. Yours to take away - workbook full of handy hints on application and notes on your special colours.
