Hello, I'm Annie, the House of Colour consultant for Bracknell, Wokingham & the surrounding area.

I've been a Consultant since 2001, originally working in Buckinghamshire, but more recently in East Berkshire. I hold the House of Colour Professional Excellence Award and have trained with the London College of Fashion.

Prior to joining House of Colour, my business background was in advertising and design. Now as a single, working mum, I know how difficult it can be to juggle different responsibilities and still find time to look & feel good about yourself, but I also know the real benefits when you do.

My aim is to give every client the courage, the confidence & the understanding of how easy it is, to look good & feel good about themselves irrespective of their age, their size, their colouring or their lifestyle. Seeing clients blossom, not only in the way they look, but also in their self-confidence, gives me real job satisfaction.

How do you discover what will make you look & feel good?

The whole process, your journey, comprises 3 steps or classes. It is almost like putting together a jigsaw puzzle with 3 key pieces in it: Colour/Shape/Style, and making sure they match your own colouring/body & face shape/personality.

The 3 steps/classes are:

Step 1 - Colour Analysis Class - Class can last approx three-quarters of a day and will determine your best colours for clothes, accessories, hair, jewellery, make-up etc. Each client takes away a leather swatch wallet & a detailed notebook. Cost is £90 per person.

Step 2- Image Class - Class lasts a full day and will determine your best shapes & styles for clothes, accessories, jewellery etc. Each client takes away a detailed workbook containing their own details. The session & workbook also contain vital information to help ensure you build a wardrobe appropriate to your lifestyle. Cost is £120 per person.

Step 3 - Make-up Class - Class lasts half a day and is run more on a workshop basis where I will show you how to apply your make-up & then you do it for yourself. The aim is to achieve a natural, finished look. Cost is £35 per person.

Steps 1 & 2 will give you the main pieces to your jigsaw puzzle and Step 3 just adds the finishing touches. Also if you book all 3 classes, the package price is £225 - a £20 saving.

All of the classes are held at my studio in Hurst (mid-way between Wokingham & Twyford) with small groups (up to maximum of 3). Current availability for public classes is shown alongside under "Information".
